Pumpkin Spice Latte

Warm up this fall with this delicious dairy-free version of the precious Starbucks latte. Easy to make and quick, this Pumpkin Spice Latte is the healthier and cheaper version and a must this fall ! This latte brings warm flavours of the fall and festive vibes at home!

2 cups of Latte

Prep time: 5 min

Cook time: 5 min

Total time: 10 min

What you need

  • 100ml coffee

  • 200ml coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1tsp mixed spices

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

What you do

  1. Start by heating up all the ingredients in a sauce pan, except for the coffee. (Don't boil them)

  2. Pour the hot coffee in 2 serving cups, then add the pumpkin mix.

  3. Top with some whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon for extra flavour.
