Homemade Chocolate Ice cream
Easy homemade ice cream recipe that is no-churn, creamy, loaded with chocolate and only requires 4 ingredients and no ice cream machine to make it.
What you need
260ml double cream
200g condensed milk, sweetened (1/2 can)
4 tsp cocoa powder
50g melted dark chocolate ( used 54% cocoa)
few pieces of favourite chocolate for decor
What you do
1. Use a handheld or stand mixer to whip the double cream until stiff peaks are formed.
2. Add the condensed milk, cocoa powder and the melted dark chocolate and fold in until completely combined. I melted the dark chocolate in the microwave, checking it every minute and stirring it, so it doesn't burn.
3. Pour the mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan, add in your favourite chocolate bites, cover, and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours before serving. I like to keep mine in the freezer overnight, and serve out the next day. Enjoy!
