This sandwich is perfect for a breakfast or for a quick brunch, you can make it with your favourite vegetables and ingredients, you can make it vegetarian or with your preferred meat slices or you can make it with scrambled eggs or pouched eggs, either way it is delicious!

What you need
lettuce (or any kind of salad)
ham / prosciutto / salami (optional)
lime juice and a pinch of salt
What to do
1. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise then spread cream cheese on the bottom half and pesto on the top half. Layer with lettuce, followed by the ham/prosciutto/salami, slices of cheese, avocado and tomato. I like to add a little bit of lemon juice and salt on my avocado.
2. Close the sandwiches and serve.
