Chocolate Hazelnut Oatmeal

Who can say no to a delicious healthy breakfast like this one?! I'm telling you, no one! This oatmeal breakfast rich in cocoa and hazelnut is loaded with nutrients that can positively affect your health. Rich in antioxidants, minerals and with a decent amount of soluble fibre, cocoa is known for health improvement when consumed in moderation.

What you need:
- 200g rolled oats
- 500ml almond milk (milk of choice)
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- few pieces of dark chocolate (optional)
What you do:
1. You just need to warm up the milk (milk of your choice), add the oats, one sliced banana (for natural sweetener), 2 teaspoons of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (for more protein), 1 tablespoon of honey (for a sweeter taste), 1 tsp vanilla extract and stir to combine for 5-7 minutes, at medium-low heat, or until all the milk has been absorbed.
2. Portion the oats in 2 bowls and top with hazelnuts, a few pieces of chocolate of your choice and serve!
