Chicken and avocado Tacos with Tzatziki Sauce
These chicken and avocado Tacos are to die for! They are stuffed with chicken and avocado and topped with this greek tzatziki sauce that makes these hearty authentic tacos a delicious and satisfying Mexican inspired meal.

What you need
5 mini taco tortilla
300g diced chicken breast ( if vegetarian or vegan you can buy the plant base "chicken" )
1/2 lemon juice and salt for avocado
a handful of salad ( which one you prefer or have)
condiments for the chicken: 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder and bread crumps optional)
For the Tzatziki sauce:
200g Greek yogurt
1/4 cucumber, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
What you do
1. In a small bowl combine 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder.
Cut the chicken in small pieces and add the powder mix.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through. ( optional- When chicken is almost done throw 2 tbsp of bread crumbs and some parmesan cheese on top and let it cook for another minute)
3. Set the chicken aside. Meanwhile, peel the avocado, slice it, add a pinch of salt and squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on it.
For making the Tzatziki sauce, first, you need to grate the cucumber, take handfuls of grated cucumber and squeeze out the water over the sink. (don't rinse it)
In a bowl add the grated cucumber, the greek yogurt with 2 minced garlic cloves, zest from 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Stir it all together and serve!
4. When all ready, place a tortilla wrap on a plate ( I heated it a little bit on a skillet, but it's optional), add some salad, few pieces of chicken and top with 2 tablespoons of tzatziki and 2 slices of avocado and serve!
